Think about a time when you had to travel somewhere or work through obstacles to reach a destination or goal. What challenges did you face along the way? Was the journey worth it in the end? Explain why or why not.

Phoenix's journey reminds me of this time during a family trip we had taken to a fresh water lake that wasn't open to the public, we only found out the private aspect a few hours after arriving. But before we'd gotten there we arrived to a dirt road on the side of the main 2 lane road, and before we'd notice the scenery we had a family of angry geese start attacking my dad. Obviously we moved out of their way as they waddled their way into the path, maybe out of stupidity we decided to follow them and we see the blue waters. Second obstacle we were challenged by was the southern man with two dogs. Overall the journey was not worth it. I believe we could've had a similar time at a local beach.

Summary: We reviewed the story "A worn Path" and analyzed a quote as a group.

Reflection: The story was very eye opening and the ending was unexpected. Although my quote was great I still enjoyed analyzing it.
